German Content Moderator

Position: Content Moderator (Germanspeaking)
Location: Porto Portugal (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Germanspeaking Content Moderator to join the company in Porto Portugal.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of content on our platform. As a Content Moderator you will review usergenerated content to ensure it aligns with our guidelines and policies helping to maintain a safe and positive online environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate usergenerated content across various platforms (text images videos) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal requirements.
• Identify and escalate potential risks such as inappropriate content abuse or fraudulent activities.
• Provide feedback on contentrelated issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency while moderating content within set timeframes.
• Collaborate with other teams to address contentrelated challenges and improve moderation processes.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German with a strong command of English.
• Authorized to work in Portugal (EU citizen residence card etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive content.
• Excellent decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
