Role Overview: As a GermanSpeaking Content Moderator you will play a vital role in safeguarding our platforms integrity by reviewing and moderating usergenerated content in German. Your keen attention to detail and linguistic expertise will contribute to maintaining a positive online environment for our diverse user base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate usergenerated content in German including text images and videos to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and standards.
• Actively monitor user interactions and identify and address any instances of inappropriate or harmful content.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex moderation issues in a timely manner.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging threats in content moderation providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of moderation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German both written and verbal with a strong grasp of grammar syntax and vocabulary.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain objectivity when reviewing sensitive or controversial content.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and regions.
• Prior experience in content moderation customer support or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development with a willingness to adapt to evolving industry standards and best practices.
