Role overview

We are in search of a talented and motivated Senior Product Designer to join our expanding Design team. You will play a vital role in transforming and scaling our product contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional user experiences. At CAST AI we work in a flat structure that encourages open communication and collaboration across all levels. Given our crossteam structure you will be working with toptier professionals and have the opportunity to shape different modules and components of our product. In this position youll:

• Identify new product improvement opportunities define user problems and develop effective solutions to address them
• Address complex technical design challenges within the product
• Support the development process
• Conduct research activities like discovery sessions and usability studies to prototype and iterate on design solutions
• Thrive in a fastpaced environment responding agilely to evolving project requirements and tight deadlines
• Develop user personas and journey maps based on research findings and data insights
• Contribute to the design process and actively participate in developing and maintaining our design system
• Write comprehensive documents to describe the vision and implementation details
• Collaborate closely with design engineering product and sales teams to bring designs to life
• Provide and seek feedback from fellow designers and crossfunctional team members to foster continuous improvement
• Continuously learn and stay updated with industry standards and best practices to enhance design expertise.

Requirements

• 3 years of handson experience in product design
  
• A portfolio or case study showcasing design work forSaaS platforms data visualization tools or similar dataheavy applications
• Ability to understand and interpret API documentation and effectively design interfaces that can interact with backend systems
• Comfortable working alongside developers and can articulate design concepts and decisions in a language that is clear to technical stakeholders
• Proven experience across all design phases including conducting user research creating wireframes developing prototypes crafting visual designs and conducting usability testing
• Some experience in developing and maintaining design systems
• Understanding of technical capabilities workflows and constraints
• A portfolio or case study showcasing a consistent track record of delivering highquality work within fastpaced environments
• Collaborative nature enjoying teamwork and actively participating in collaborative ideation sessions with colleagues and partners
• Expertise in popular design tools such as Figma (or Sketch Adobe XD and other design tools)
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
