Are you someone who thrives in a wellorganised pristine environment easyGym Camberwell is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to ensure our beloved gym remains a topnotch facility. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the satisfaction of maintaining a clean and safe gym space without the pressure of sales targets.
As our Operations Manager youll take charge of all maintenance health and safety protocols ensuring our gym is always in peak condition. Youll be the goto person for overseeing equipment care hygiene standards and regulatory compliance. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver a fivestar experience to our members.
Your Mission:
- Manage and maintain all gym equipment and spaces.
- Implement health and safety protocols ensuring a safe environment.
- Lead hygiene and cleanliness efforts coordinating with our cleaning team.
- Develop strategies for waste management and energy efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and keep thorough records.
- Enhance customer experience by addressing operational issues and supporting member services.
- Foster a respectful inclusive environment for both staff and members.
What You Bring:
- Experience in operations or maintenance ideally in wellness or hospitality.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows Excel Outlook).
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification with a passion for performance and functional training.
- Ability to work and live in the UK; Spanish or Portuguese knowledge is a plus.
