Currently our Market Making Department is in search of a Successor Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate and support your team manage feedback and error resolution
• Establish work processes delegate tasks and monitor execution
• Create and maintain client assignment frameworks
• Oversee project management at the BU level
• Set monitor and control key metrics; ensure service quality
• Develop business and trading strategies with your team

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (B2C1 level) and Russian (C1C2)
• Key skills: delivery project and people management
• At least 1 year of team management experience
• Quickthinking and adaptable personality
• Strong logical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  
  Beneficiary:At least 1 year of trading experience Experience with cryptocurrencies Bachelors Degree in the related field (Mathematics Economic or Finance)
