Job Title:Lead Data Processor
The Lead Data Processor will be accountable for leading and managing the Data Team to ensure the successful delivery of survey deliverables and projects.
Youll lead the research testing and deployment of new technology focussed on automation and GeoData science.
Due to the nature of what we do and how we do it every day is likely to be a little different but wed likethe ideal candidate to be highly skilled in leadership communication HSEQ Data & Data Management andReporting.
Objectives & Responsibilities:

Day to day your role will include but not be limited to the following:
Mentoring other members of the team and provide training and guidance.
Supporting the team in accomplishing project requirements.
Encourage a good team dynamic within the Data project team ensuring each member of the team understands their role.
Liaise with GEO and Survey departments regarding deliverables and project timelines.
Keep Data Reporting Manager Project Manager and Clients informed of project progress and issues.
Demonstrate commitment to and promotion of Rovco values ensuring the realisation of company and project health safety environmental quality and ethics systems policies and procedures.
Take responsibility for the analysis and quality production of client data deliverables by overseeing the data team members on the project.
Ensure scope of work requirements and client deadlines are met.
Prepare project results report templates.
Ensure consistency and quality of the report assigning team members to write their sections and QC the results.
Write work instructions to ensure consistency.
Write department procedure documentation
Aid tendering team with technical proposals for surveys as necessary.
Complete adhoc activities at the request of the Data & AI VP Survey Delivery Manager and Survey Data & Reporting Manager as required within agreed timeframes.

A solid understanding of survey principles and marine survey techniques with significant offshore experience as a Senior Data Processor leading and managing offline teams. As a Lead youll have strong people management skills with the ability to build & develop a team.
Technical understanding of survey technology systems equipment & software.
Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities meet deadlines exercise professional judgment in a constructive manner and deliver high quality results within required timeframes in a complex and dynamic environment.
Work effectively under pressure search continuously for new and creative ideas and technology and drive datadriven decisionmaking.
Highly processoriented a focus on efficiency and a high level of customer orientation.
BSc / MSc in Survey / GIS / Data Science or equivalent.
Desirable Experience & Qualifications
1 years experience as an Offline Coordinator or Reports Coordinator.
1 years project experience with remote vehicles.
Dimensional control/metrology experience
