Job Description
• Create business case and secure budget to replace, upgrade and expand mechanical assets by developing and evaluating the content and quality of the documents to support the growth of HIA.
• Oversee management of a capital financed projects by engaging with all parties in order to guarantee that the target results of the projects are achieved.
• Manage team involvement in large expansion projects by establishing collaboration between the FM team and expansion project team with the effort to incorporate facilities management experience into the projects.
