Job Description
We are looking for Air Ticketing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle ticketing inquiries and provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules fares and available seats
- Process ticket reservations changes and refunds promptly
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures as well as industry regulations
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of airline products services and promotions
Requirements
- Graduate & undergraduate both can apply
- Strong understanding of fare rules ticketing processes and travel regulations
- Fresher & experience both can apply
- Age limit 18 to 27 years
- Must be flexible to work over weekends & in rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
