- Should be target oriented and able to Identify independently and plan the sales.
- To Engage in an endtoend sales cycle from lead generation prospecting requirement gathering aligning with sales/technical team for solution design proposal drafting negotiating order closing project execution and payment collection.
- Managing client relationship: Identify and reach all stakeholders influencers decision makers and endusers of targeted clients. (Lead generation and existing/new client management). A willingness to travel extensively is an integral part of the position.
- The ability to learn about the products i.e. (OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)) principal s range of products and creating a market for Maxworth s inhouse software services is expected.
- Good communication skills is necessary. The ability to work with internal & external stakeholders is a critical aspect.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent presentation skills.
