An MNC IT Service Provider is looking for Senior Renewals Executive to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• More than 3 years of working experience in financial technology industry.
  
• Key task to ensure renewal of standard contracts are done in a timely manner.
  
• Responsible to be alert of renewal cycles and prepare renewal packet prior to the cycle.
  
• Identify clients who are approached by competitors and escalate to management.
  
• Possess at least Bachelor s Degree.
  
• Experience in Oracle Salesforce is preferable.
  
• Excellent attention to details and good communication skills.
  
• Able to deal with customer s demands well.
  
• Can solve problems independently.
