Job Overview:
People Partners is seeking a highly skilled and flexible Technology and Cybersecurity Support professional to join our team. This role requires an individual who can work onsite in our Eastwood office during the day and remotely from home during night shifts as needed. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up tools and applications on employee equipment and possess indepth knowledge of productivity and monitoring tools for remote work. A strong command of the English language is essential as you will be communicating with our US and AU clients.
Job Description
- Setup and configure tools and applications on employee equipment for deployment.
- Monitor the productivity of employees working from home via employee monitoring software.
- Communicate effectively with US and AU clients to provide technical support and resolve issues.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues encountered by employees.
- Install and configure computer systems diagnose hardware and software faults and resolve technical and application problems.
- Ensure the security of the companys IT infrastructure by implementing cybersecurity measures.
- Conduct regular system updates and backups to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.
- Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and ensure proper documentation.
- Create and update technical documentation and user guides.
- Monitor system performance and ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system functionality and security.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of setting up and configuring tools and applications on various types of equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise technical support.
- Indepth experience with productivity and monitoring tools for remote work.
- Solid understanding of computer systems and software.
- Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity practices and measures.
- Strong command of the English language both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work onsite during dayshift and remotely during night shifts as needed.
