Job Title: Assistant Project Manager LATAM
Location: Remote (MST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

The Assistant Project Manager will support existing project managers by performing tasks such as municipal code research quote creation customer followups city permitting and finding and vetting local installers. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth project operations and maintaining high standards of client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support:

  • Assist project managers with municipal code research.
  • Create and manage project quotes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Manage city permitting processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Find and vet local installers to ensure quality and reliability.

Data Management:

  • Maintain organized records of project details and communications.
  • Ensure all data is accurate and easily accessible for team members.

Communication:

  • Interact with clients team members and stakeholders with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clearly communicate project requirements and timelines.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all tasks are performed to high standards.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve project management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Must possess strong English language skills including speaking comprehension and writing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members clients and stakeholders.
  • Skill in identifying issues and finding effective solutions.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • A 4year college degree is required (exceptions can be considered).
  • Experience with CRM and project management software is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage but not required.

NicetoHaves:

  • Experience in the signage industry.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools.
