Supplier Quality Engineer

• Conduct and Coordinate Manufacturing Quality Sessions: Lead and coordinate activities in manufacturing quality sessions such as Quality Review Readiness (QRR) Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) Product Quality Engineering (PQE) and geometry management.
• Incident Analysis Contribution: Assist in analyzing incidents reported by manufacturing at level 1 and occasionally at level 2 to ensure swift and effective resolution.
• Customer Protection Management: Oversee the organization and management of customer protection measures to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Supplier NonConformities Supervision: Manage supplier nonconformities including opening complaints in the SQUALL system validating root causes and overseeing the suppliers action plans to address issues.
• Ensure Supplier Accountability: Ensure that suppliers acknowledge their responsibility in cases of detected nonconformities including issues found at 0 km and returns from the network.
• Prepare and Approve Rebilling Files: Prepare rebilling files and obtain necessary approvals from suppliers to ensure accountability and cost recovery for nonconformities.
• Communicate Progress and Critical Issues: Regularly communicate the progress of action plans and critical issues with the Resident Quality Field Unit (RQFU) and Supplier Development and Support (SSD) teams to maintain alignment and transparency.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Organize Supplier Audits: Arrange and manage audits of suppliers.
• Monitor Manufacturing Line Protection: Oversee the quality protection of POE parts (0 km and guaranteed returns).
• Validate 8D Steps and Billing Files: Validate steps 18 of the 8D process in SQUALL and review billing files in SQUALL.
• Validate Quality Documentation: Validate documents such as PFMEA control plans process flow and GSAS.
• Ensure SQUALL Compliance: Ensure adherence to SQUALL procedures and principles of auditing.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (plus: French).
• Ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Participation in meetings with internal entities or other countries may be required.
