Duties Responsibilities and Authorities.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Generate sales achieve targets and develop plans for business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers while identifying new business opportunities through market analysis and agent networks.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers address their needs and concerns and ensure satisfaction by providing presales and postsales support.
- Follow up on RFQs and tenders by submitting comprehensive and compliant offers aligned with company best practices and specifications.
- Supervise and support distributors suppliers and agents.
- Introduce new products to existing and new accounts and recommend new opportunities and improvements to target sales growth.
- Suggest new opportunities and improvements to enhance client profitability.
- Gather and act on market intelligence promptly.
- Monitor competition by collecting current marketplace information on pricing products new offerings delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.
- Ensure materials traded and sold conform to agreed terms and contract specifications.
- Coordinate and support technical issues with the Technical Production and Accounts departments to fully meet client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update sales records target sheets and other reports reviewing cost and sales performance accurately and on time.
- Forecast sales to enable operations planning introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.
