As we continue on an exciting growth trajectory an opportunity has opened up for a passionate individual to join our support function.
As a Support Specialist youll be managing and responding to inbound communication from our global community of teachers and students across 90 countries. We are a globally distributed team and this role is fully remote.

Our primary modes of support are through email (specifically Hubspot) and questions/submissions through our Help Centre. Its expected that well soon be introducing additional channels through online communities such as Discord.
