Job Description

About the role

In order to enable the strong growth of our company BYD Europe is looking for an HR Specialist base in Poland Warsawto join our international team with a passion for innovation and a cando attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing and Support:

1. Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing collaborating withfinance and payroll teams to address any discrepancies.
2. Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs ensuring they arecompetitive and aligned with employee needs.

Talent Management:

1. Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by identifying staffing needsparticipating in interviews and advising on candidate selection to ensure the acquisition oftop talent.
2. Career Development: Identify development opportunities and create plans to enhanceemployee skills leadership capabilities and career growth.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

1. Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process ensuring new hires have a smoothtransition and are integrated effectively into the company culture.
2. Employee Transfers: Manage internal transfers working closely with managers tofacilitate smooth transitions and ensuring alignment with career development plans.
3. Promotions: Coordinate promotion processes ensuring transparency fairness andalignment with performance and potential.
4. Offboarding: Handle off boarding processes including exit interviews ensuring a positiveand professional experience for departing employees and gathering feedback fororganizational improvement.

Employee Relations:

1. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive workenvironment improve employee satisfaction and increase retention.
2. Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees addressingconcerns resolving conflicts and providing guidance on HRrelated matters.
3. Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of company policies and proceduresand provide training to managers and employees as needed.

Organizational Development:

1. Workforce Planning: Assist in workforce planning efforts ensuring the organization hasthe right talent in place to achieve its goals.
2. Succession Planning: Develop and maintain succession plans for key positions ensuringa pipeline of readynow leaders.
3. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives ensuring an inclusiveworkplace where all employees feel valued and respected.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
    • At least 35 years of experience in HR preferably in a generalist or specialist role.
    • Indepth knowledge of HR practices including employee relations contract management and compliance.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data analytics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Fluent in English and Polish; Chinese language proficiency is highly desirable.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
