What You Need to Be Considered

• A degree in Electrical Engineering with a proven track record of leading electrical engineering teams.
• At least 7 years of experience managing Electrical Engineering teams.
• Strong problemsolving skills with expertise in methodologies such as A3 8D or similar.
• Excellent communication skills adept at conveying complex ideas both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• A commitment to a behavioralbased safety approach.
