The Ritual supply chain maintains a competitive advantage in spirit alternatives by keeping products in stock with forecast accuracy reducing COGS through strategic sourcing and enhancing logistics through network optimization.

What You Will Do

The Logistics Coordinator helps steer the ship ensuring orders are fulfilled on time materials are delivered for our production network and costs/touches are minimized. You will be coordinating freight between customer and distributor partners optimizing lanes for inbound and outbound freight supporting materials procurement and conducting costbenefit analyses to optimize future growth. Your contributions will ensure that bottles get to shelves and liquid gets to lips.

Responsibilities:

• Order Management – Receive review and process customer purchase orders. Including validation of any specific customer pricing programs and terms etc. Correspond with customers to schedule order movement and work with customers to manage any shipping exceptions.
• Outbound Freight Coordination – Work with 3PL (logistics partners) to ensure pickups/shipments are prepped staged and shipped accurately and ontime. Includes realtime order and shipment management.
• Inbound Freight Coordination – collaborate with suppliers distributors and manufacturers to facilitate delivery of inbound raw and packaging materials to multiple manufacturing and warehouse locations. Review and manage shipping documentation for accuracy and validation.
• Productivity Projects – support Supply Chain Manager in projects to reduce touches optimize inventory levels identify lower freight lanes and other projects to improve profitability
• Data Management – support existing systems to ensure traceability and reporting accuracy

You excel in organizational and communication skills adept at managing the dynamic aspects of CPG supply chain and operations. You effortlessly convey vital information to crossfunctional teams with clarity and promptness. Qualifications:

• CPG operations experience – 2 4 years of CPG operations experience with a focus on order management freight/logistics materials supply chain and inventory. Food and beverage experience is preferred but not required.
• Excel and Data Modeling skills – You will be working within numerous models updating data connections and analyzing the results. This is binary work; if it’s not right it’s wrong and yours will be the last eyes on
• Power BI experience is a strong addition as you will utilize several integrated models and dashboards
• Organizational and Communication Excellence – You will need to manage many moving parts of the supply chain & operational side of the business and need relay key information to crossfunctional team members in a clear and timely manner.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit – Ritual is a startup company and this candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity shifting objectives and a culture of feedback.
• Location: hybrid in Chicago office requiring onsite work 12 days per week. Some minimal travel (quarterly) to vendors manufacturers and distributors’ sites
