BridgeCare’s software is a whitelabel data and case management system for government agencies in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sector. It is made for organizations that support parents and ECCE providers primarily licensed childcare and public preschool programs.
As a Senior Client Success Manager you’ll be at the heart of fostering strong longterm partnerships with clients and establishing a team within a growing startup! This is an exciting time for BridgeCare. As the company scales you will be tasked with building an operational framework and standardizing processes. You will serve in various capacities from being a trusted adviser project manager product expert coach to other team members and more. Your work will extend beyond the initial setup and onboarding phases maintaining a constant and meaningful connection with our clients. This role is about making a difference deepening client engagement and creating a vibrant community of collaboration and support. You will build and maintain client relationships and ensure clients have a great experience with BridgeCare. Our goal is for our clients to be our partners and advocates and to have them feel very closely connected to our team and mission.

Salary: $130000 to $150000 Annual Salary (dependent on experience and geography)
