Job Description
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Security Operations Center (SOC) management tools such as SIEM (e.g. Splunk, ArcSight, or QRadar).
Knowledge of security log analysis, threat detection, and network monitoring fundamentals.
Understanding of Frameworks and Standards:
Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
Ability to apply security policies and analyze incidents according to applicable standards.
Incident Analysis:
Skills in analyzing security incidents and identifying suspicious activity.
Ability to investigate security issues and make recommendations for corrective actions.
