Accountable for expansion projects in terms of execution & tracking (progress tracking, risk management, resources coordination, communication, status reporting, escalations).
• Manage internal & external project stakeholders including IT, Construction, Marketing Communication, Facilities & Security teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Accountable for directing franchisees & their resources to deliver retail expansion projects.
• Manage partners and ensure their delivery to assigned Expansion projects
• Identify, assess severity & resolve critical challenges jeopardizing project progress & delivery.
