Position Overview: As a Graphic Design and Development Intern youll play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and supporting our educational initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in a dynamic nonprofit environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create visually engaging designs for marketing materials social media and educational content.
- Web Development: Assist in updating and maintaining the organizations website.
- Branding: Develop and maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
- Content Creation: Design infographics brochures and promotional materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the communications team to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Project Support: Assist with various design projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design Web Development or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) familiarity with web development tools (HTML CSS WordPress).
- Creativity: Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
