• Identify businessopportunities and improve sales of the refinishingpaints;
• Prepares and delivers presentationsexplaining the products and services to customers and prospectiveclients;
• Achieves individual sales target, GPtarget and target of allotted team through different sales channelson monthly and annual basis;
• Implementseffective advertising and promotional plans with the guidance ofthe manager to achieve sales objectives;
•Conducts market analysis to strengthen customer database andcustomer index and to forecast the possible sales opportunities tocreate new sales leads;
• Ensures that salesenquires are filed and follow up is done to maximize enquiryconversion;
• Ensures that all sales are carriedout in accordance with the cash and credit norms prescribed by theFinance department;
• Managing the creditextended to customers by timely submission of documents andcollection of cash/cheque payments within stipulatedperiods;
• Submission of daily and monthly salesreports presenting various sales figures, target sales for thesubsequent month, as well as total sales discounts and forward tothe manager;
• Works closely with the salescoordinator to send quotations, invoices, submittals and relateddocuments on time.
• Assist and lead thecustomer to get best aftersales service after delivery of theproducts.
• Responsible for clearing all pendingERP transactions related to sales;
• Carries outany assignments instructed by the directsupervisor/manager.
