This position will provide advisory services to Manufacturing clients with a focus

on Aerospace & Defense segment

Position is open within the Manufacturing Logistics Energy & Utilities (MLEU)

Primary Job

Responsibilities:

Leverage deep expertise in Aerospace and Defense supply chain and provide

tailored solutions that address A&D clients’ specific needs

Develop deep insights into A&D issues and develop recommendations towards

process & digital solutions in A&D segment

Generate proactive proposals to address A&D client issues guide teams on

proposal creation and positioning

Understand A&D industry trends and develop Thought Leadership

Drive client engagement discussions and ensure successful delivery of

advisory engagements

Drive research analysis and discovery meetings to develop a full

understanding of client’s vision and current state

Perform ASIS and TOBE process mapping capability analysis

recommendations and roadmap

Elicit business requirements and manage product backlog

Keep product vision in line with business goals of customer

Interact & work with senior customer leaders to build the practice & win

consulting engagements

Competencies:

Experience working for an Aerospace & Defense industry player in Supply

Chain or Product Management or as a consultant predominantly for

Aerospace & Defense manufacturing clients

Excellent customer facing capabilities and an established track record for

selling & delivering consulting engagements

MBA with an excellent academic background (preferred)
