Job Description
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Food and Beverage Department.
Work to provide high quality service while maintaining the available budget.
Supervise the design of food and beverage menus and provide the necessary materials.
Identify customer needs and work on continuous development.
Direct and lead employees in the Food and Beverage Department.
Recruit, train and evaluate Food and Beverage employees.
Set goals, performance measurement standards and schedule tasks.
