Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is a startup in Malaysia with a longstanding presence in Australia specializing in the vegetables and meat industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organise meetings
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • First point of contact answering all incoming calls
  • Handling administrative requests
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Developing and managing spreadsheets
  • Organising internal business operations
  • Liaise with IT and external contractors
  • Provide support to our sales team
  • Maintain an organised office ensuring cleanliness and tidiness at all times
  • Maintain office supplies inventory anticipating replenishment needs and placing orders when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experienced in a similar role
  • Attention to details
  • Reliable
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrated intermediate level skills in Microsoft word excel and Outlook
  • Ability to follow directions and work as a team member
  • Willingness to learn and apply new skills
  • Good interpersonal customer service and communication skills are essential
  • Ability to multitask manage your time and prioritise tasks
  • Able to travel around and possess own transport.

Remuneration:
Up to MYR 6000
