Job Title: Control Systems Supplier Development Specialist (Aerospace)

Mission:

As a Supplier Development Specialist you will be responsible for managing the development of a control stick supplier during the prototype phase through to serial launch. Your role will focus on ensuring that the supplier meets all required deliverables and adheres to the DO178C standard for software systems validation. You will oversee the development and compliance of mechanical parts (metal and plastic) and software components.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage supplier performance for control stick development.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Verify compliance with DO178C standards for software systems validation.
• Review and validate mechanical components (metal and plastic) and software for functionality and conformity.
• Facilitate communication between the supplier and the final customer to keep the project on track.

Requirements:

• Languages: Spanish is mandatory. Proficiency in English or German is preferred.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in aerospace development processes qualifications and R&D standards.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with DO178C standards is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in software systems product and process machining plastic injection molding and assembly.
