Job Description
Develop and execute internal communication plans to support company goals and values.
Create engaging content for internal newsletters, intranet, and other communication channels.
Facilitate and promote open communication across all levels of the organization.
Organize and coordinate internal events, meetings, and workshops.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to address and resolve workplace issues.
