1. Achievement of individual Sales, Invoice, EW, Accessories/ Productivity targets
2. Providing Solutions to Customers Queries/Requirements
3. Thorough knowledge of products in his department
4. My Area My Responsibility (MAMR)
5. Training & Succession planning of the team members to enhance productivity & efficiency
6. Maintain the display logic, planogram & placards
7. Perpetual Inventory Count
8. Cleanliness of area of responsibility
