Supervisor II - Broking

Drafts communications and ensures that appropriate messages are being sent by the representatives to the clients.

Trains, mentors and oversees performance management for more senior support level employees, graduate program trainees, and junior level brokers, coordinates workload of team members and ensures team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.

May manage a book of business working independently and with minimal supervision to analyze risks and assist with developing solutions for client's needs.

Supports and assists in the design, development, and marketing of new brokerage products and programs to win new projects.
