Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and expansion of Beyon Connect.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define business objectives and align strategic initiatives with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
- Manage the annual planning process, including setting targets, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Lead special projects under the CEO, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic priorities and goal.
