Vehicle Shipping Broker

This is a remote position.

Monarch Transport Group is seeking experienced Vehicle Shipping Broker Agents to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with carriers and shippers negotiating transportation rates coordinating shipments and managing the sales process. You will also stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.

- The ideal candidate must have previous proven auto transport brokerage experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building. - Strong customer service orientation and the ability to respond effectively to customer needs. - Proactive and results-oriented approach to lead management and follow-ups. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Experience in sales and customer service.
