Physician - Center Medical Director

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Medical Director to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a medical team while still practicing clinically. The position includes comprehensive training in our worldclass Occupational Medicine Process Management Model with the potential for production and center achievement bonuses. Additionally we provide full medical malpractice coverage a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and time off and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

Necessary Qualifications:

Licensure: Must meet licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction

Education: Medical degree from an accredited university

Certification: Board Certification in one of the following:

Family Medicine

Occupational Medicine

Preventive Medicine

Internal Medicine

Emergency Medicine

Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of directly applicable experience preferred

Schedule:

Type: Fulltime

Days: No weekends

Responsibilities:

90% clinically treating patients

10% administration

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical oversight and leadership to medical staff

Ensure compliance with medical protocols and procedures

Collaborate with administrative staff to enhance clinic operations

Oversee patient care and ensure highquality treatment

Participate in strategic planning and execution to meet clinic goals
