About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic New Product Development Engineer to join the hive on behalf of our client. In this role youll spearhead the development of innovative products and transform customer requirements into tangible designs. If youre passionate about electrical/electronic manufacturing and have a knack for engineering design we want to meet you!

Your Mission: Create detailed documentation of new designs including 3D models drawings bills of material and technical information for brochures and product manuals
Convert customer requirements into effective product designs
Participate in new product development activities and collaborate with manufacturing to implement designs into production
Analyze and redesign processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
Support sales and technical service with answers to technical questions about new products
Utilize hand and simple power tools along with instruments for lab tests
Perform other duties as needed

What You Bring: Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Previous experience as a New Product Development Engineer
Proven background in the Manufacturing Industry
Experience in creating parts and assemblies
Proficiency with 3D CAD & Solid Edge
Familiarity with coding languages (VBA Python Java etc.) with VBA preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with ERP Software

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Bonus Points For: Additional experience with advanced coding languages
Familiarity with cuttingedge manufacturing technologies
Strong project management skills
