Job Description
- Lead project management activities for website redesign and feature rollouts.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Drive change towards Agile methodologies, including the adoption of sprints where applicable.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, driving continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments to the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Passionately document project details, progress, and decisions in a transparent and accessible manner.
