SOFTWARE ENGINEEER

Collaborate with business users system analysts developers and ecosystem partners to bring innovative ideas from conception to launch at scale to deliver highquality outcomes.

Support the fastpaced nature of SBG Funding and work on various projects simultaneously.

Experience leading and driving a small development team.

Experience with project management and Agile.

Assist in analyzing and researching new and existing products procedures and/or workflow needs associated with business systems.

Work in an iterative/Agile environment and be a strong team player.

Adopt emerging technologies and launch products / services faster with rapid prototyping & iterative methods.

Proven ability to take prototypes to production following engineering best practices.

Build configure or customize the technical solution (reusable components preconfigured solutions cloud solutions and services)

Work very closely with other technology teams to champion the adoption of patterns platforms and tools to support the usage and conformity of solution architecture.

Manage automation and monitor application integration as code iteratively goes through assembly and product tests.

Requirements

1.Bachelors degree and 10 years of related work experience.
2.Background in software development and is familiar with one or more software languages such as C# Java Python etc.

3.Experience creating scalable system designs
4.Experience in building complex serverside systems
5.Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases
6.Handson experience with DevOps and CI/CD technologies
7.Handson experience with AWS and it s services (e.g. VPC EC2 S3 Lambda Redshift etc)
8.Handson experience with Docker

Preferred

1.Experience in B2B Fintech or Financial Services domain(s).
2.Experience with Databricks
3.Experience with LangChain
4.Experience with LLM agents
5.Experience with Salesforce
