Tax Specialist

Job Summary:

• Prepare and report monthly income tax all article and value added tax (VAT)
• Collect and verify Tax invoice (Faktur Pajak) from vendor
• Reconcile prepaid tax all with holding tax (WHT) & Value added tax (VAT)
• Stay update with Indonesia new Tax Regulations
• Responsible to input VAT PPh4(2) PPh21 PPh22 PPh23 SPT Badan dan eSPT
• Issue all tax slip (bukti potong) and distribute to individuals or vendors
• Ensure equalization of VAT annual tax and periodic PPh
• Fill all tax document according to period and Article
• Assist for Accounting and internal (or External) Audit*

Qualifications:

• D4/S1 Accounting/Tax with minimum 3 years experiences in taxation
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in efilling ebilling eSPT o Brevet A & B certificate is preferable
• Good communication skill and fluent in English
• Strong knowledge of the latest in tax law especially in oil & gas industry
• Detail oriented responsible and able to do administration task accurately
• Good planning & organizing skill
