Senior Database Engineer

Team: DB OPS

Role Overview: The Senior Database Engineer will lead or participate in database management activities including designing highly complex logical and physical databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex data modeling mapping integration and capacity planning.
• Plan research design implement maintain and control server class databases.
• Design and implement security solutions including Center for Internet Security benchmarks and auditing.
• Certify nextgeneration database technologies.
• Advise management and clients on highimpact data or database management issues.
• Provide technical leadership and recommendations for the future direction of database technology.
• Develop management policies procedures standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with peers colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

• Powershell
• Scorch System Center Orchestrator
• SSRS SQL Server Reporting Services
• GitHub

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of Database Engineering experience or equivalent through work experience training military experience or education.
