Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Design and implement solutions that improve CRM functionality and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to endusers to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate CRM with other systems and platforms.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales.

Requirements:

• Certified Microsoft: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with clients from various industries.
• Familiarity with additional Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C# or JavaScript.
• Project management experience.
