Product procurement / Supply chain in Consumer electronics / Mobile Industry from Mechanical Engineering background

Experience working with Electronic Manufacturing Services Contract Manufacturers vendors purchasing and logistics.

BOM/Agile experience Intermediate to advanced

Working closely with Engineering teams and EPMs in carrying technical and administrative tasks for departmental operations

Manage procurement/purchasing of goods/material needed for departmental operations

Create and track Purchase Requisitions/Purchase orders Credit card purchases SORs and maintenance/facility requests.

Create handle and process Engineering change orders and release technical documents. Agile proficiency is a must.

Help manage budget and track departmental spending.

Good to have & Soft skills

Identify areas of improvement or gaps in current process to promote efficiency and productivity.

Multitasking abilities; highly adaptive and able to work in fast pace rapidfire environment.

Critical thinking and problemsolving skill capabilities.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours to include some overtime.

Work on multiple projects and issues at a time.

Apple tools Proficient in Excel and Numbers.
