Infor CloudSuite Industrial System Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Infor CloudSuite Industrial powered by SyteLine (SaaS MT) System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the architecture implementation and ongoing support of the Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP system across multiple facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems technical proficiency and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP System Architecture and Implementation:
• Participate in the planning design and implementation of Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP system across multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist in the configuration customization and integration of the ERP system to ensure it meets organizational needs.
2. System Administration and Support:
• Perform regular system maintenance prepare endusers for updates and patches to ensure the ERP system operates efficiently and securely.
• Have working knowledge of Infor OS Essentials.
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime. You will be required to open tickets with Infor and manage to resolution.
• Manage user accounts permissions and roles to ensure proper access control and data security. Including onboarding and offboarding of user lifecycle.
• Leverage Infor Campus Plus and all features within.
3. Data Management:
• Oversee data integrity including data import/export data migration and database management.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
4. Training and User Support:
• Utilize Infor User Adoption Platform (UAP) to provide training and support to endusers to ensure they are proficient in using the Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP system.
• Develop training materials with UAP and conduct workshops to enhance user knowledge and efficiency.
5. Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry trends best practices and new technologies related to ERP systems.
6. Project Management:
• Assist in project planning scheduling and coordination for ERPrelated projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP System Administrator or 5 years as an ERP System Administrator.
• Proven experience in ERP system implementation and support in a multifacility environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Infor CloudSuite Industrial system administration configuration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases scripting and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Infor OS (Operating Services) Infors core technology platform. The platform provides a unified infrastructure with integration automation data fabric and security/compliance services.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certifications:
• Relevant certifications in Infor CloudSuite Industrial or ERP systems administration are a plus.
