Job Description

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager youll be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that help HR Internal Communications and IT leaders see the true value of Flips product. Youll inform product development articulate the value of our new products and features and create sharpasatack content to set Flips product apart across different market channels. What youll do...

• Product campaigns & launches
  • Architect short and longterm gotomarket moments that align with our product roadmap and strategy
  • Plan and lead productrelated campaigns developing goals messaging segmentation channel plans and campaign schedules
  • Work collaboratively with marketing CS and sales to bring plans to life
  • Continuously test and refine new approaches to better reach and engage key audiences
  • Report on the impact of your campaigns programs and tests
• Asset creation
  • Manage create and distribute productrelated collateral such as pitch decks case studies onepagers product proof points webinars blog posts white papers and more
  • Maintain and update existing product assets
• Messaging & positioning
  • Craft messaging and positioning that cuts through and communicates our value proposition to target audiences
  • Define and articulate unique selling propositions and differentiators for our product
  • Work collaboratively with product and marketing teams to understand shape and communicate our product strategy
• Proof points
  • Work with marketing product and CS teammates to deliver bestinclass written case studies
  • Conduct research into industries customer insights and product features to develop messaging and positioning for new and existing products

What were looking for...

• 4 years of Product Marketing experience ideally in the tech and/or B2B space
• Youre a master of the product marketing craft: positioning messaging gotomarket and pricing
• You can synthesize complex product concepts into compelling stories for multiple audiences and you understand how those stories might come to life on different marketing channels
• You love (and are good at) working crossfunctionally across different teams building relationships and collaborating across the organisation to drive results
• Youre a curious critical thinker with a growth mindset and a love for learning new stuff
• Youre proactive organised and able to work independently with little supervision
• Superb written and verbal communication skills in English (and German is a big plus!)
• A degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
• Other experience in marketing or product management in technology companies
