Roles Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:

Listed in order of importance:

1. Working on implementing and customising SharePoint / SharePoint based solutions for our clients

2. Architect SharePoint solutions based on client requirements

3. Ability to take on and learn new technologies

4. Managing deliveries and reporting on progress to manager

5. Supporting other team members on SharePoint configurations

Essential Technical Skills:

Include the minimum number of years of experience with each skill (eg. React 3 years) and list in order of importance:

1. .

   Understand SharePoint Architecture and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft best practices. (2 years experience for all unless stated)

2. .

   Content Services: Understand Managed Metadata Site Content Types Site Columns indexes etc.

3. .

   Customization: Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for clientside code customization. Would be beneficial with experience in developing web parts extensions and application customizers.

4. .

   Search: Configure Managed and Crawled Properties to optimize search functionality.

5. .

   SharePoint API / Graph API : Utilize SharePoint API for operations such as GET POST etc. to interact with SharePoint lists and libraries.

6. .

   Security: Solid understanding of the SharePoint security model knowledge of extending security policies including Conditional Access Policies (desirable).
