We're seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our mission: becoming the leading provider of command-and-control solutions in the rapidly growing world of Generative AI. You will become one of the foundational members of a top-tier team that is pushing the boundaries of Generative AI. You'll work alongside experienced entrepreneurs and engineers with proven track records, empowered to solve real-world problems, build cutting-edge solutions, and make a significant impact on an industry poised for exponential growth.

We understand the mindset of enterprises, having delivered complex B2B solutions that have resonated with industry giants. Now, we're shifting our focus to the future of enterprises: Generative AI. Client is enabling companies to adopt Generative AI by providing a Control Center for all of their Generative AI solutions. This Control Center supervises the Gerenative AI activity in the organization, ``providing the customer with visibility into it, as well as auto-correcting arising issues before they can impact end-users. This allows client to serve as the gatekeeper, ensuring ``Trust, Correctness, Visibility, Compliance, and Governance of the next generation of software.

What you'll do:
- Architect, build, and scale robust backend systems that support the cutting-edge capabilities of Generative AI technologies. Focus on creating high-performance, scalable solutions that meet the demands of large-scale enterprise environments.
- Leverage your expertise to fortify the backbone of our platform, ensuring top-notch security, trust, and compliance with industry standards. Address real-world challenges in enterprise security and data protection.
- Design and deploy sophisticated software solutions on leading cloud platforms. Utilize cloud-native services to enhance the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our Generative AI applications.
- Work closely with the development team to identify bottlenecks and optimize the performance of our backend systems. Ensure that our solutions can handle the rigors of enterprise-level traffic and data processing.
- Implement innovative deep tech solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible. Build, design, and deploy complex software solutions
- Learn from and work alongside experienced engineers and industry veterans
You are:
- You’ are good in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and robust backend systems for enterprise-grade applications.
- Your expertise spans across critical aspects of backend development, including database management, API design, and cloud-based infrastructure. You are not tied to any specific programming language or framework.
- You're well-versed in multiple programming languages and development frameworks. You have a track record of developing high-quality production-grade code that addresses complex business requirements.
- You possess a strong analytical mindset, capable of tackling challenging problems and optimizing systems for efficiency, scalability, and security. You're not just looking for temporary fixes but are dedicated to finding long-term, sustainable solutions.
- You believe in the power of teamwork and communication.
- You're comfortable working in a dynamic environment, sharing your knowledge, and contributing to a culture of learning and growth.
- You thrive in settings that require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Backend Development Experience: Proven track record in architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems for enterprise-grade applications. Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions that enhance user experience and solve complex problems in a business context.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of programming languages relevant to backend development (such as Python, Java, Go), database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), API design, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A commitment to sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.
- Knowledge and experience with ML (Machine Learning) and LLM (Large Language Models), including training, fine-tuning, and advanced applications - an advantage
- Expertise in Cloud Computing: Strong experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) including deployment, scaling, and managing cloud-based applications. Knowledge of cloud architecture patterns and best practices - an advantage
