Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager at Furnishing Hope Junk Removal you will play a central role in overseeing the efficient operations of our warehouse facility. From receiving and handling to storing and distributing youll ensure that our warehouse operates seamlessly with employee safety and customer satisfaction as measured by our On The House clients as our primary goals. Were seeking an experienced professional who can take a blank canvas and make it into a functioning Furniture Bank by leading our warehouse team to establish our high safety and community standards and ensure a safe experience for guests.

Objectives of this Role

Ensure peak safety and efficiency of warehouse operations focusing on Client (On The House recipients) experience by supervising organizing and training warehouse employees on overall operational flow and all critical safety measures.

Develop and implement warehouse operations systems to optimize product handling storage and distribution.

Train and manage the warehouse team to solve daytoday operational issues and achieve short and longterm performance goals.

Oversee daily warehouse operations visitor logistics and safety to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Day to Day Activities

Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities space management logistics and productivity.

Work collaboratively with On The House team members and other Furnishing Hope Junk Removal team members to ensure appropriate usage of the showroom floor.

Schedule and oversee warehouse team to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime while maintaining quality standards.

Regularly inspect equipment tools and machinery and oversee maintenance as needed.

Analyze productivity with warehouse leads and develop plans for operational improvements.

Other tasks as assigned.

• Reliable transportation to and from work site at 4550 Jason Street Denver CO 80220.
  
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to walk and stand for an extended period of time.
