Job Description

This is a remote position.

Client Overview
Join a forwardthinking IT staffing firm with a 20year track record of success. This company specializes in providing toptier IT talent to US clients with a focus on nearshore solutions from Latin America.

Job Overview:
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying recruiting screening and presenting qualified candidates for various technology positions. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and source technology professionals across LATAM including Mexico Colombia Argentina Brazil and other countries in the region.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates qualifications and fit for the specified roles.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of the positions and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter preferably with a focus on the LATAM region.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong understanding of technology roles and technical requirements.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates for contract positions.
  • Familiarity with the nearshore recruitment model and experience working with US clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of local job markets and industry trends in LATAM (Preferred)
Scope:
  • Fulltime role 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 9AM 5PM California USA
  • Includes 30mins paid break
