Our Company:

We are a rapidly growing global SaaS company headquartered in Australia with a dynamic presence across 5 countries. Were looking for a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Sri Lanka and play a pivotal role in guiding our HR strategies and initiatives.

The Opportunity:

In this exciting role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR operations across multiple countries. You will be involved in all aspects of recruitment for each role. You will provide strategic HR leadership ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR processes including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance. It is a hybrid role with at least 3 days a week in our Colombo office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from job postings to onboarding ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company values and local regulations.
  
• Manage employee relations and provide support and guidance to employees and management on HRrelated issues.
  
• Oversee performance management processes including performance reviews and development plans.
  
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all operating countries.
  
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to provide strategic HR advice and insights to support informed decisionmaking.
  
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
  
• Stay uptodate on relevant HR trends and best practices.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager in a highgrowth global SaaS company (5 years).
  
• Strong understanding of HR principles practices and local labor laws.
  
• Expertise in recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance.
  
• Experience managing HR as a solo team member.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  
• Proficient in HR management with Zoho will be advantageuos.
  
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
  
• Must be eligible to work in Sri Lanka.
