Job Description
Capture high-quality photographs, videos of properties, including interior and exterior shots, including under construction and ready projects.
• Use professional photography equipment and techniques to ensure excellent image quality.
• Edit and retouch photos to meet company standards and highlight property features.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure photos align with branding and marketing strategies.
• Schedule and conduct photoshoots, ensuring timely delivery of photos.
• Stay updated with the latest photography trends and techniques, especially in real estate.
• Ensure all photos are backed up and archived for future reference.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a professional photographer, preferably in real estate.
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography work.
• Knowledge of HDR photography and other techniques specific to real estate photography.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and staging.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
