Job Description
- Installation and Setup:
- Install, configure, and test ELV systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, fire alarms, and communication systems.
- Ensure all installations are completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections of ELV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on system performance and any issues encountered.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical advice.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
