About the Role

As a Digital Employee Experience Officer, you will be to handling day-to-day operations and updates of all employee experience digital platforms. You will be the focus point for content deployment, quality, and refresh while maintaining all operational aspects.

Key Responsibilities
• To assist, monitor, and organize the content within existing employee experience platforms
• Create specific action plans, timelines, and defined deliverables that support the employee experience digital touchpoints.
• Conduct regular and comprehensive audits of existing pages with information, ensuring it stays current and updated.
• Work with business stakeholders and conduct regular content audits to ensure their respective content is current.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other departments to understand their communication requirements and leverage existing digital tools.
• Assist in maximizing digital engagement opportunities and ensuring the required communications are delivered through various existing platforms.
• Responsible for the intranet portal and other content platforms, managing various business requests, ensuring the updated information is regularly published, and constantly looking for engaging content to be shared with all staff.
• Review the outgoing communications before they go live on the platforms, ensuring the message and campaigns are aligned with timelines and content.
• Assist in developing and managing the product and process documents required for the various platforms.
• Promote and disseminate key company policies and values via internal communications channels.
• Continually improve, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of employee communications strategy and methods through digital platforms.
• Act as the community admin for Viva Engage and other community-based platforms, ensuring regular engagement and participation
• Perform other department duties related to their position as directed by the Head of the Department.
